Hi everyone! I hope all of your pond adventures are going well. This is installment number 3 of my newsletter. I want to thank all of you who have signed up for this newsletter and hope all of you have downloaded my free e-book.

Contents:

3. A good fish food
4. Send in your pictures
5. Water Hyacinths
6. Pond filter media
7. Homemade pond filter
8. And finally...

First Pictures Sent In:
I'd like to thank Billy from New Jersey for the pictures he sent me of his pond. He has a great looking pond and one he should really be proud of. Thanks Billy. You can see a couple pictures of his pond here.

Forum Taken Down:
I've decide to take my pond forum down due to lack of interest. It seems not very many people were interested in it, so I took it down, at least for the time being. I may start it up again in the future, if it seems like more people might become a little more involved.

A Good Fish Food:
A customer was over to pick up a pond filter and he saw my fish. He was asking some questions about the fish and how good they looked. I have to attribute it to the fish food my wife feeds them, it's called Koi Vibrance made by Tetra Pond. You can also add a nice big box of Cherrios and mix in with it. The fish love it! This Koi Vibrance contains a color enhancer to keep your fish good looking.

Send In Your Pictures:
I know I mentioned it in the last couple newsletters, however Billy is the only one to send any in. Hopefully, I will be able to get a whole bunch put up, so tell your friends and have them send in theirs too. You can send them to me here. Enclose a little caption and let me know where you’re from. Thanks!

Water Hyacinths:
By this time your Water Hyacinths should be getting pretty big and covering a good portion of your pond. This is really good for your fish to help provide shade and protection. My mother in law has been supplying my wife and I with some huge ones. I think she has some kind of magic Water Hyacinth growing powers. Thanks ma!

Pond Filter Media:
I'd like to thank those of you who have ordered pond filter media for being patient. I have it ordered and I'm just waiting to get the call to pick it up. As soon as I get it, I will ship it out to you that same day. I expect it shortly. I've learned that I must keep more of a supply on hand. I got hit with some orders that used it up faster than I expected. Sorry!

Homemade Pond Filter:
Those of you who have ordered my homemade pond filter, please let me know how they're working out for you. I really do care, and hope you like them.

And Finally...
Please keep your questions and comments coming in. It's nice to hear from you. I just started a new job and I work quite a few hours, so I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I hope all of your ponds are doing well. Talk to you next month. Bob
